Built for the room she wished existed.
Girls IRL was created from a feeling many women know deeply but rarely talk about: growing up feeling unseen, disconnected, or like there was no real space to belong. Founder Neeti Sharma grew up in a suburban town where diversity and representation were limited, and for a long time, she struggled to find a sense of genuine community with women who shared similar experiences, values, and ambitions.
As she got older, Neeti realized so many were craving deeper connection, self-growth, and meaningful friendships, yet often felt isolated or subtly conditioned to compete with one another instead of grow together. Girls IRL was built to change that narrative.
What started as a simple idea became a space where women could come together in real life to connect, heal, learn, and become better versions of themselves alongside one another. Through intentional conversations, workshops, events, and community experiences, Girls IRL exists to remind women that there is power in being seen, supported, and celebrated by other women walking similar paths.
